are Bollywood movies popular in US and Europe? And will they like to hear Indian music?

I listen too many English songs even though my native language is not
English because i really like them. And my doubt is whether US and all
EU people like to watch Bollywood and other language movies like
Telugu(Tollywood) which were from india.

I can only understand the English songs by watching with lyrics
atleast for few times. Even US and UK people(English native speakers)
do the same? Do they clearly understand without watching with lyrics?
